Park Rental

To reserve the park for a private party, please contact the Pool Director with your date and time of event.  Rental is on a first come first serve basis.  There is a $100 fee that is required to be paid to Mil-Bur Club Inc. which must be paid prior to the event.  If event consists of more than 15 invited guests, an additional lifeguard is required.  The Pool Director will make arrangements to hire a second lifeguard for the event.   Note:  There is no extra charge for the 2nd lifeguard unless exceeding 5 hours in which will required the party to make additional arrangements with the 2nd lifeguard to be able to cover the shift and pay an additional $10 and hour.  You may pay this to Mil-Bur Club, Inc. and drop in mail box 63 as well.  All parties must remove all trash and debris after the event. 

The pool facility may be reserved for exclusive use any evening in season between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.  The cost of reserving the pool will be on a per-evening basis, and will be set annually by the Pool Committee Chairman.  The Pool Committee, as part of the Operating Committee, is also authorized to grant members exclusive use of the park's picnic facilities after 2:00 p.m. on the day that the member has reserved the pool for the evening, except that at least one table and one grill must be left for other members' use. There is no added cost for such use of the Park.  Arrangements for scheduling will be established annually by the Pool Committee Chairman
